Before You Book

To help you make the most of your stay,
here are a few helpful details to guide you before booking.
Your Stay
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 N.
All room rates are inclusive of Ala Carte breakfast and applicable taxes.
Extra Guests/Pet Fee
Additional guests are welcome at ₱1,200 per person, inclusive of breakfast.
A maximum of two (2) extra guests per room is allowed.
Kindly note: this does not apply to Beachfront & Standard Family Rooms.
Small pet up to 10kgs ₱1,000
Environmental Fee
A minimal environmental fee of ₱20 per person applies, payable separately.
Seasonal Celebrations
For New Year stays, an additional ₱1,000 per room applies, inclusive of a live band and fireworks display.
Reservations & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Our reservations team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Cancellations & Rebooking
We understand that plans can change:

Cancellations are subject to a 25% fee

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit

Bookings are non-refundable but may be rebooked until December 31, 2026, subject to availability
Holy Week Stays
For Holy Week reservations:
